By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be at least 18, or use the service through a school or organization that permits it. Children use the Weekly Challenge only through a parent's account or a school access code.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, including sending it to our AI provider when you ask us to generate content. Only upload material you have the right to use.
AI-generated content
Courses, quizzes, notes and questions generated by AI can contain mistakes. Review them before publishing or relying on them.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. If a paid service can't be delivered because of a fault on our side, we refund it. Other refunds follow the refund policy published on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other people's data, no automated scraping or abuse of sign-in and test systems.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. You can delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
